Meriton communicated to Occom (who manages the internet service) that I was moving in and they called me straight away. As I’m already familiar with Occom having used them for 4 years in my previous apartment, it was an easy decision to continue with them as I’ve never had any issues and their customer service has always been outstanding. Raees is very patient in guiding me toward the connection. He explained the process clearly and efficiently. Since the line that I use is not very good, he has to call me back every time and he did that if it hangs up automatically. Thanks to Raees, we can now enjoy the WiFi!
