The consultant, Kuldeep, showed exceptional patience while assisting me—especially given the challenges of my poor mobile reception. He worked through the troubleshooting process thoroughly and professionally. In hindsight, the issue could have been resolved more quickly had I paid closer attention to the information being provided. Overall, a great example of good customer service.
