Technical call was answered straight away - no wait time. Nikhil was absolutely fantastic! He had a lot of patience with me (someone with zero technical skills) & was able to talk me through properly connecting my router. Great customer service.

It’s not often that I’ve needed to contact OCCOM for technical support, but on this occasion, my call was answered promptly. The consultant, Kuldeep, showed exceptional patience while assisting me—especially given the challenges of my poor mobile reception. He worked through the troubleshooting process thoroughly and professionally. In hindsight, the issue could have been resolved more quickly had I paid closer attention to the information being provided. Overall, a great example of good customer service.

Other terms and conditions：
- The referred service should be one of below products：
- If the Referee can only sign up products other than above mentioned fibre products, such as ADSL2+ or mobile, the reward is $10 per referral.
