It’s not often that I’ve needed to contact OCCOM for technical support, but on this occasion, my call was answered promptly. The consultant, Kuldeep, showed exceptional patience while assisting me—especially given the challenges of my poor mobile reception. He worked through the troubleshooting process thoroughly and professionally. In hindsight, the issue could have been resolved more quickly had I paid closer attention to the information being provided. Overall, a great example of good customer service.
