Priyanka displayed a great level of professionalism, technical knowledge and patience when helping me set up the internet the other day. She explained everything thoroughly step by step and never rushed me even though the call was getting long. She even informed me that my initial router model could not support the higher speeds of my plan and helped guide me through the whole process again with a different router.

Today I spoke with Raees, from OCCOM to help me set up my modem/router. I wouldn't have been able to install this by myself, despite the instructions that were in the box. I find it easier to be guided by someone and Raees was the perfect person. He was professional, friendly, understanding, patient and never made me feel foolish for not knowing how to do this task.And once set up, oh my goodness when I tried using my phone and TV, everything was so fast and clear, no buffering or freezing, it was wonderful. My next words were, "Houston, we have lift off!" Raees and I had a little laugh about that.Thank you so much, Raees I really appreciate your help.
