I’m not a tech savvy person and connecting internet in my new apartment was very difficult for me. Thank goodness for Occom support worker Kuldeep Panchal for helping me setting my internet connection. He was very patient with me and he is very thorough guided me step by step. Kuldeep also very respectful when I communicate with him, it makes the process very easy for me to follow.

Today, I spent a long time working on the new modem with Dikshat. He/she stayed calm and kind the entire time, and did his best to resolve the issue. The main problem has now been fixed thanks to him, and I was advised that any remaining issues will be followed up later. Big thanks to Kevin, he’s professional and very responsible. My order was placed on the 4/Nov/25 via an English colleagues but he is very unresponsive, all charges was charged on the same day but the fast speed modem wasn’t arrived for whole one week even I text and email to them. Until I call again to OCCOM, Kevin pick up my call, he’s quick response and smart handling my order comes efficiently.
