Michael D provided outstanding customer service when helping me get connected to the internet. He explained everything clearly and concisely, making the process easy to understand. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and ensured everything was set up correctly without any hassle. He also gave me options for future upgrades and made me understand alternatives for my router if I decided to switch to above 100M.

Fast internet! I was worried about it since there is no NBN in the building, but it’s actually faster than NBN, especially the uploading speed. I’m on 1000mbps plan and I can get 930mbps download & 950mbps (you can’t get this with NBN) upload when connected with wire. Also, the customer service is great as well! They’ve got quick respond via wechat and get my issue solved every time. (Hannie was really helpful and helped me a lot). I don’t want go back to NBN now.Here’s a screenshot when I did speed test with wifi connection.

I had an excellent experience with OCCOM’s customer service, thanks to Sonia. She was extremely professional and took plenty of time to explain the entire internet connection process to me in a way that was easy to understand. She made me feel very comfortable throughout.As I am pregnant, Sonia was especially considerate and made the whole process much simpler and smoother for me. After setting up the connection in the garage, she also helped me set it up properly inside the house, which I truly appreciated.Overall, her service was outstanding. Rehman did a great job installing and setting up my modem and internet. He was very patient, professional, and explained everything clearly. The connection was set up smoothly with no issues. I’m very happy with his service and would definitely recommend him.

Atul was awesome to deal with. But that is about all i can say about this company so far. Still waiting on my service to be activated. Told they would put a rush on it one day and the next they are trying to tell me theres a payment problem when the payment was screen shotted the day before so they could fast track it. Hope there internet is better than this

Hello. I had issues with my internet connection. This was over 3 weeks due to my work commitments. After, trying several times, Sonia who helped me resolve the issues, was awesome. I really appreciate the customer support provided.. Kuldeep was patiently helping me out to reset my router and change few other settings to secure my network.. his technical knowledge and communication is commendable..Very happy with Occum!! highly recommend!
