Rehman, helped us set up our new router, with patience, kindness and most of all knowledge. We are in our 70ties and he took the time to explain what we had to do step by step spending 52 minutes to set us up. He remained calm and continued to help us without fuss. Unfortunately, we had a connection problem as a new client with our Internet. As we were trying to resolve our issue with a couple of consultants, Diksha rang me back. After clearly communicating her steps of action, after she had read through our file to understand our problem, she methodically went through a number of actions that eventually saw our Internet connected. Her knowledge was exceptional, as was her pleasant personality. The important thing during this overall process, was that she was able to keep me calm and involved in what we were trying to achieve. What a great employee.

Well after being a customer for 5 years, today that loyalty paid off. After some minor issues with my modem I was greatly assisted by the technical named Raees. He was very patient, informative and professional. After almost an hour on the phone everything was restored.Thank you Raees

Had some issue setting of my bring your own device router, I was almost giving up but , technician RAEES kept going, tried everything to help me and finally resolved the issue and successfully configured my router. He proved that OCCOM customer service is actually more than the website claims. It's the best I ever had as he could had told me that my device might have been faulty or buy another or get from OCCOM after trying for an hour. But he explored all the settings with me and finally managed to make the router work. Thank you so much for your service. Keep it up.
