I’m not a tech savvy person and connecting internet in my new apartment was very difficult for me. Thank goodness for Occom support worker Kuldeep Panchal for helping me setting my internet connection. He was very patient with me and he is very thorough guided me step by step. Kuldeep also very respectful when I communicate with him, it makes the process very easy for me to follow.

Big thanks to Kevin, he’s professional and very responsible. My order was placed on the 4/Nov/25 via an English colleagues but he is very unresponsive, all charges was charged on the same day but the fast speed modem wasn’t arrived for whole one week even I text and email to them.
